Yes - it's a plastic insert. You need to cut the bumper to fix them in. There should be a template in the pack and some cleaner and flexible adhesive...

Thanks - guide came in useful today 8-) I have done the wife's car with Osram night breaker dip beams, silver indicator bulbs and LED side light bulbs.
