Another metal owner

Post by Dal »

Hi,

Just ordered a frozen white metal for me and the misses, sadly my MP260 mountune Focus ST-3 will be going :(

Already got a set of eibachs lined up, possibly mountune MR155 but wondered if someone could point me in the direction of which LED bulbs i need for the rear, and sides and can i fit any in the footwells? in the Focus the plugs were there all i had todo was fit some nice red LED's

Anyways looks a really nice site, and hope you all have a great day!

Welcome :)
Sad to see such a smart looking car go, but besides the power difference, you won't be disappointed with the new one!
In regards to the sides/rear number plate bulbs, i bought these, £1.35 per set, 7 months guarantee on them and look great when on! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130529434691? ... 1497.l2649
Footwells i havn't done yet but i'm sure there'll be someone who knows what bulbs are needed and what to recommend.

Welcome to the site, you must be gutted the ST's going, I was looking at getting one before my fez but running costs and tax made me go for the fiesta. There not a bad little car but you'll def notice the difference, I did when I changed from my ST170!

Thanks for the info guys :) the focus is proper quick with the 260 kit but im doing £80 a week just going to and from work and with high tax and insurance it makes sense to drop down to something smaller. Had plenty of fiesta's in the past and alwayxs enjoyed them my faviorite being an ST500 with the mountune 185 kit and coilover setup :)

Looking forward to getting the metal, not driven a Mk7 but im sure me and the misses will enjoy it.

Welcome to the site, focus sounds good, shame it has to go but it's not good when your doing that amount of fuel in a week. I know the feeling!
