Whistling noise from engine bay

Whistling noise from engine bay

Hey guys, Its been a month now, I have noticed engine developed whistling noise when its idling (I couldnt hear it while driving as its not that loud).
I thought it was belt, usually belt noise is on cold start whether here its opposite and belt should be warm enough to develop more grip and stop slipping.

I'm blaming pulley.
Anyone has an idea?
