Tyre pressure sensor and having a puncture

Hey guys
Wondering if anyone knows this.
I have a puncture on my rear tyre. Now it's not leaking as a small piece of metal is stuck in tyre but if removed all air will come out.
Am I able to simply get.my.tyre patch at a tyre place for say £10 with TPMS or do I need to get a brand new tyre which is more to £90.?
