Fascia fiasco

Evening all, just a quick one here, stop me if I'm completely wrong with what I'm suggesting. I've been looking for a decent looking fascia for my 2009 Fiesta Zetec, trouble is it seems like the only decent one available is the clunky out of place one

Then I stumbled across this,

It says it's purely for specific US versions of the Fiesta from 2010 onwards. Surely the buttons being in the same place (hazard/lock) means that this would work for my Fiesta, just a button replacement would be needed? Any input would be appreciated.
