Disable exterior courtesy lights on unlock

Hello, I am a newbie to the forum. I found you while looking for a way to disable the exterior courtesy lights on my Fiesta on unlocking as I hate it lighting up like a Christmas tree every time I unlock. The internal lights were simple enough to deal with, disable the orange mood lighting in the setup menu and remove the bulbs from all but the light over the centre console.

I found a YouTube video from an American chap who did this on his truck, but unfortunately this doesn't work on the Fiesta. Was hoping someone may know of a similar method that works!
