Recaro seats in Mk7 Fiesta

Post by kabz77 »

Good evening, do you know if Focus Recaro seats can fit in the mk7 Fiesta? What about the oldskool Fiesta RS Turbo recaro seats, will these fit in the mk7?
I realise I might need to get customised subframes, do you know of a metal fabricator in or near the London area that can do this type of work?
Thank you
Kabir

Hi, im not sure if the focus recaro seats will bolt in, maybe the later focus' may have the same subframes by chance? Ford have allways been quite good for being able to interchange parts between various models.

The old skool fiesta turbo recaros wouldn't bolt in, however im sure its possible to make up some subframes.

Heres a pic of my fiesta rs turbo recaros in leather in my mk3 fez.

JamRS - many thanks for the reply. I'm probably gonna stick to the Sparco range as they seem to be a decent size, Demon Tweeks appear to stock the sub frames for the mk7. Recaro also stock subframes but their price is bloody expensive, but you can't fault their seats - top quality
Thank you for the pic

Sparco would probably a better suit size wise, i imagine my mk3 seats would be a bit small in a mk7!
