Some bumper advice needed

Hi there folks,

I have a wad of parts that I really should get fitted to my car while I can, so two of those parts are a diffuser and the bumper spats or extenders for the rear. Now the end caps come prepped but not painted. Could anyone tell me roughly how much it would cost to get the bumper caps painted Moondust silver and have them fitted along with the new diffuser ?
