Sony upgrade now no bluetooth working

Hi, I installed sony upgrade with the screen to my 2012 fiesta but now I have no bluetooth, aux, voice command and USB but it was all working on standard stereo, the USB sometimes connects then disconnects, connects etc also I didn't have "sync" just ford audio.

Anyone got any ideas ?

What sony upgrade did you go for, does it have two plugs in the back or one? make sure your original one is the same.
