gearbox oil

Hi all, I've been wanting to do a oil change on the fiesta for a while and when I was in process of thinking about what oil to choose I was given some CASTROL MULITVEHICLE 75w/90. Is there much difference between this and the CASTROL SYNTRANS? It seems the same on the labels...
Don't want to risk it, halfords couldn't tell me the difference so thought I'd ask on here
