LED Rear Signal with load resistor

I've just changed my rear indicator signal into LED. It blinks rapidly without the resistor. I've purchased myself the resistor along when i bought the LED. However, I need some help on how to install or tap the wire for the resistor. The rear lights does not have individual wiring for each bulbs. They are all connected to a wire connector. I don't know which wire to connect the resistor to for the indicator lights. Will somebody please help me? Thank you.
