Stolen Ibiza Project update 10/07/2011

Well as i posted in the general section i had a car stolen from me about 4 months ago and it was returned back to me last week, it was immaculate when it was stolen and has been brought back in well... a shit state!
This is how it looked before it was stolen

This was how it was deliverd to me, looked fine at first glance but then after looking around found all the horrors!

Damaged wheels


Cracked Wingmirror


Door and sill damaged from what looks like a forklift

Big chip on the bonnet


Smashed up rub strip


Big dent in the roof


Bad scuffs on bumper


Cracked middle front bumper

Engine cover broken

Large Chips in bumper





Luckily the boot build was mostly still in tact so set to work removing it today, heres when it was out! so much dynamat!

Damage to one of the amps deep scraches in it


Then set to work taking the front and back bumper off today, hers pic of the back end that has been keyed ready for primer and the bumper removed! will post miore pics up tomorow thanks for looking

hahah sure is ben 100% smoothness and a new colour

Started the filler work the other day on smoothing out the rub strips

Then got to grips with the dent in the roof


Then time for primer


Doors in primer, without the rubstrips

Telwick - does the bodyshop not have an oven bake? Be careful the garage is dust free. A major body spray like this you should get it done at a place that has an oven bake room.

Its only primer i put it in the oven bake when the base coat and clear goes on
